Belly Dancing

Belly Dancing is a great form of physical exercise that can promote weight loss, reduce stress levels, boost your self-esteem and relieve back and joint pain through low impact exercise.  Our instructor, Renee, has a sports background and found her love for belly dancing in 2013 through its body positive, encouraging, and enchanting style!  It is about letting loose and having fun, all are welcome – from first timers to the experienced!

Cost & Membership
Members are free! A valid Newton Community League membership is required. Instructors will have memberships for purchase! Participants MUST bring their own equipment. Instruction time is free! Programs will be run in accordance with AHS recommendations and any applicable City of Edmonton bylaws.
