Pilates Boot Camp

Weeks 1-3 -> Focus on incorporating fundamentals of Pilates. How to incorporate those intrinsic muscles that help you move through the day. Align the spine to improve posture, functional movement, balance, breathe, strength, and more.

Weeks 4-10 -> You can do it Attitude! Focus on ramping up the intensity. Connecting with your inner strength and pushing personal boundaries. Find the newer, fitter you!
