In this mixed level class beginners can learn the foundation movements and for those wanting more, the intensity and awareness can be ramped up. If injury stops you from living life fully, learn to work around it and with it instead of against it.  With a  ‘You can do it Attitude!’, you will connect to your inner strength and push personal boundaries.
