Pilates + Posture Practice

Learn how to find and work those intrinsic muscles that help you move through the day. Align the spine to improve posture, functional movement, balance, breathe, strength, and more.

In this mixed level class beginners can learn the foundation movements and for those wanting more, the intensity and awareness can be ramped up. If injury stops you from living life fully, learn to work around it and with it instead of against it.  With a  ‘You can do it Attitude!’, you will connect to your inner strength and push personal boundaries. Find the newer, fitter you!

FALL: Sept 23 – Nov 25 – no class on Oct 14 and Nov 11, (8 weeks)
WINTER:  Jan 20 – Mar 16 – no class Feb 17, (8 weeks)
SPRING: April 6 – June 1 – no class Apr 13 and May 18, (8 weeks)
