Yoga

Yoga means “union” and it is a path to your true Self. Hatha yoga is the physical practice that supports this journey, and has been shown to have a broad range of physical, emotional and mental health and fitness benefits for everyone. Our neighborhood yoga practice will include breathing (pranayama), yoga poses (asana) and meditation progressing each week at an individualized pace. No experience needed. Dress for exercise; no shoes required. Mats and props are available or bring your own.
