Please note the City of Edmonton Planning Department has gone no support to City Council on the application, the applicant has requested a Public Hearing – which is their right. Following the hearing City Council will make their final ruling. The Public Hearing occurs June 9, 2025 – once the agenda is posted I will share it. It will also be available at the link below.

Now that it has moved to public hearing, you have the opportunity to submit letters of support or opposition, as well as attend and speak at the hearing.
