YOGA has been shown to have a broad range of physical, emotional, and mental health and fitness benefits for everyone. Our neighbourhood practice will include breathing (pranayama), yoga poses (asana) & meditation progressing each week at an individualized pace. No experience needed. Dress for exercise; no shoes required. Mats and props are available or bring your own.

Cost & Membership
Classes are free with a valid Newton Community League membership. Instructors will also have some available for purchase.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment. If needed, there is community equipment available that requires sanitization after each use.
