Zumba

Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. How it works? Classes are typically 50-60 minutes long. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Instructors
Hi, my name is Kenneth McKenney! My wife and I are parents of a beautiful son. By day, I am an educational assistant because I love helping kids become their best selves.

I first came across Zumba as a teenager in my hometown of Leduc. I got hooked and fell in love with the Latin music and energetic dance moves. A few years ago, I decided to become a Zumba instructor so I could share the same joy I felt many years ago while taking that Zumba class. I hope to help people get a good workout in, improve their mental health and feel awesome at the end of my classes. Let’s have a party!
